An Act Changing the Name of Luklukan Norte Elementary School Which is Located in Barangay Oemeña, Municipality of Jose Panganiban , Province of Camarines Norte to "Osmeña Elementary School"
Section 1. The elementary school located in Barangay Osmeña, Municipality of Jose Panganiban, Province of Camarines Norte, now known as Luklukan Norte Elementary School, shall hereafter be known as Osmeña Elementary School.1avvphi1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
