BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 711 An Act Creating the Mariano Marcos National Forests Park Section 1. There is hereby created in Northern Luzon a national park, to be known as the Mariano Marcos National Forests Park, which shall consist of the forest lands of the public domain is Sumiling, Municipality of Sarat, in the municipalities of Pagudpud, Adams and Bumalneg all in the Province of Ilocos Norte, the municipalities of Claveria and Santa Praxedes in the Province of Cagayan, the Municipality of Calanasan in the Province of Kalinga-Apayao and the islands of Calayaan, Camiguin and Fuga. The Minister of Natural Resources shall cause to be surveyed, delineated and segregated the territory constituting the Mariano Marcos National Forests park, and territory so segregated shall become a permanent forest reserve. Section 2. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to affect adversely or prejudice any right or rights existing on the date of the effectivity hereof.1a\^/phi1 Section 3.
