An Act Changing the Name of the Malita Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology to Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology

Section 1. The name of the Malita Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology in the Municipality of Manila, Province of Davao del Sur, is changed to Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
