BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 579 An Act Converting the Auitan Barangay High School in the Municipality of San Pablo, Province of Isabela, into a Vocational and Industrial High School to be Known as St. Paul Vocational and Industrial High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor Section 1. The Auitan Barangay High School in the Municipality of San Pablo, Province of Isabela, is hereby converted into a vocational and industrial high school to be known as St. Paul Vocational and Industrial High School.1âwphi1 Section 2. The operation and maintenance of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
