BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 559 An Act Converting the Malitbog Barangay High School in the Municipality of Calinog, Province of Iloilo, into a National High School to be Known as the Malitbog National High School Section 1. The Malitbog Barangay High School in the Municipality of Calinog, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Malitbog National High School. Section 2. A school curriculum which shall include academic, industrial arts, ceramics, electricity, handicraft, and other allied courses shall be offered in the school. Section 3. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby empowered to reorganize the said school accordingly.1a\^/phi1 Section 4. Upon reorganization of the school, the assets, liabilities, personnel, equipment and records of the old school shall be transferred to the Malitbog National High School. Section 5. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. Section 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
