BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 262 An Act Converting the Lublub Barangay High School in the Municipality of Dumangas, Province of Iloilo, into a National High School to be Known as the Lublub National High School Section 1. The Lublub Barangay High School in the Municipality of Dumangas, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Lublub National High School. Section 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of the Lublub Barangay National High School and for immediate implementation of this Act.1awp++i1 Section 3. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
