BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 212 An Act Establishing a National High School in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao Del Norte, to be Known as the Kapatagan National High School Section 1. There is hereby established a national high school in the Municipality of Kapatagan, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Kapatagan National High School. Section 2. The Ministry of Education and Culture is hereby directed to take the necessary steps for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school and the immediate implementation of this Act. Section 3. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
