BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 194 An Act Converting the Anilao Municipal High School in the Municipality of Anilao, Province of Iloilo, into a National High School, to be Known as the Anilao National High School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor Section 1. The Anilao Municipal High School in the Municipality of Anilao Province of Iloilo, is converted into a national high school, to be known as the Anilao National High School. Section 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.1âwphi1 Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
