BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 170 An Act Establishing an Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Bulacan, Province of Bulacan, to be Known as the Gregorio Del Pilar Emergency Hospital Section 1. There is hereby established an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Bulacan, Province of Bulacan, to be known as the Gregorio del Pilar Emergency Hospital.1âwphi1 Section 2. The funds necessary for the establishment and operation of the Gregorio del Pilar Emergency Hospital shall be one-half of the appropriations for the Valenzuela Emergency Hospital under the appropriations for the Ministry of Health provided in Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 131. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be made operational. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
