BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 155 An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, to be Known as the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor Section 1. There shall be established a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon, to be known as the Lamon Bay School of Fisheries. Section 2. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, the sums necessary of the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Section 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
