BATAS PAMBANSA Blg. 138 An Act Converting the Wangan Barangay High School in Kalinan, Davao City, into a National Agricultural School to be Known as the Wangan National Agricultural School Section 1. The Wangan Barangay High School in Kalinan, Davao City, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as the Wangan National Agricultural School.1âwphi1 Section 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools.
