I concur in the view of Mr. Justice Teehankee to the effect that plaintiffs had not intended to waive their right to redeem within the period set forth in Sec. 34 of Rule 39 of the Rules of Court, as consistently construed by us in the cases cited in the foregoing dissent, and that, accordingly, the present action has been seasonably filed.ℒαwρhi৷
