PROCLAMATION NO. 1979

RESERVING FOR PURPOSES OF THE EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE AUTHORITY CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve in favor of the Export Processing Zone Authority for the establishment of the Zamboanga City Export Processing Zone, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey verification and approval, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Zamboanga, which tracts of land are more particularly described as follows:

"A parcel of land situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao.
