AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 24, SERIES OF 1945, ESTABLISHING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF HERMOSA, ORANI, SAMAL, ABUCAY, BALANGA, PILAR, BAGAC AND MORON, PROVINCE OF BATAAN AND MUNICIPALITY OF SUBIC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, AS BATAAN NATIONAL PARK, TO EXCLUDE 6,000 HECTARES THEREFROM TO BE CLASSIFIED AS TIMBERLAND FOR FOREST PURPOSES.
Upon recommendation of the Director of Forest Development and approved by the Minister of Natural Resources, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 24, series of 1945, Particularly Block I of Bataan National Park to exclude 6,000 hectares therefrom and declaring such as timberland for forest purposes, the parcel of land located in the Municipalities of Abucay, Balanga, and Bagac, Province of Bataan, as shown on the attached BFD Map Np-34 Amd., more particularly described as follows:
