There is hereby created an Investigation Committee to conduct a formal inquiry into the alleged involvement of Presidential Assistant Jose B. Alejandrino in the nefarious activities of a certain Mr. Shig Katayam/b>

The Investigation Committee shall be composed of Deputy Executive Secretary Renato C. Corona, as Chairman, with Presidential Assistant Fulgencio Lagustan, Justice Undersecretary Presbitero Velasco, Labor Undersecretary Cresenciano Trajano, and BID Associate Commissioner Jose Cabochan, as Members.1aшphi1

The Committee shall submit its report and recommendations to the Office of the President, thru the Office of the Executive Secretary, not later than 28 February 1998.
