In view of the importance of the one-day Inter-Agency Mini-Olympics, organized by the Department of Health, in observance of the World No Smoke Day, with the theme: “Pinoy Sports-Iwas sa Smoke”, projecting a continuing no-smoking image, and in line with the OP Human Resource Development Program to enhance employee welfare, morale, productivity, camaraderie and sportsmanship, the officials and employees of the Office of the President (Proper), in the attached list, duly certified by the Personnel Director and Malacañang Clinic Director, are hereby authorized to participate in the pre-game briefing, try-out and exercises for members of the OP (Proper) delegation on May 23-24 and 29, 1996, starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Kalayaan grounds, Malacañang. The attendance of the OP senior officials and the athletes in the Inter-Agency Mini-Olympics on May 31, 1996 at the Ultra Sports Complex, Pasig City, is likewise authorized on official time only.1aшphi1
Everyone in the OP group is advised to be in his/her sports wear (with short/jogging pants), and the DOH provide white T-shirts.
A PSG vehicle and a Motorpool shuttle will be made available at the Old GSIS Compound at 6:00 a.m. on May 31, 1996. The OP delegation shall be at the site of the Mini-Olympics Opening Program at 6:30 a.m.
The Malacañang Clinic shall provide a medical staff for the OP delegation.
The OP Sports Coordinator for the OP participation in the Inter-Agency Mini-Olympics shall submit to the undersigned a report on OPs participation two weeks after the event.
