REPUBLIC ACT No. 11183
An Act Declaring November 28 of Every Year a Special Nonworking Holiday in the Municipality of Santa Margarita, Province of Samar, in Commemoration of Its Founding Anniversary, to be Known as the "Santa Margarita Foundation Day"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. - November 28 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking day in the Municipality of Santa Margarita, Province of Samar, in commemoration of its founding anniversary, to be known as the "Santa Margarita Founding Day". When the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the special nonworking day shall be observed on the Monday that follows.
Section 2. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.1âwphi1
