Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-eight day of July, two thousand and three.

REPUBLIC ACT No. 9328            

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LUBUAGAN-BATONG BUHAY PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUBUAGAN, PROVINCE OF KALINGA INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Lubuagan-Batong Buhay Provincial Road in the Municipality of Lubuagan, Province of Kalinga is hereby converted into a national road under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Section 2. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
