[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8921, August 22, 2000 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TAMBONGON BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL OF BARANGAY TAMBONGON, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAMBONGON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND PROVIDING APPROPRIATE FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Tambongon Barangay High School of Barangay Tambongon, Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Tambongon National High School.
Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 27, 2000 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
