AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN MARTIN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN MARTIN, CITY OF MALAYBALAY, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON INTO A NATIONAL AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN MARTIN NATIONAL AGROINDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The San Martin Barangay High School in Barangay San Martin, City of Malaybalay, Province of Bukidnon is hereby converted into a national agro-industrial high school to be known as the San Martin Agro-Industrial National High School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 18, 1999 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
