AN ACT CREATING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SULTAN GUMANDER, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS THE SULTAN GUMANDER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Sultan Gumander National High School in the Municipality of Sultan Gumander, Province of Lanao del Sur.
Section 2. The amount necessary for the initial implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports - Autonomous Regional Government in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continuous operation and maintenance of the Sultan Gumander National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.ℒαwρhi৷
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 4, 1999 and May 22, 2000, respectively.
