[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8542, February 23, 1998 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AJUY, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE AJUY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Ajuy, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Ajuy National High School.
Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
