AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAYS SAN JOAQUIN AND KALAWAAN, CITY OF PASIG, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN JOAQUIN/KALAWAAN HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangays San Joaquin and Kalawaan, City of Pasig, to be known as the San Joaquin/Kalawaan High School.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.Ꮮαwρhi৷
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on January 19, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
