AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY NAPALICO, MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE NAPALICO NATIONAL VOCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national vocational and technological high school in Barangay Napalico, Municipality of Arakan, Province of North Cotabato, to be known as the Napalico National Vocational and Technological High School.1aшphi1
Section 2. The school curriculum shall give emphasis on vocational training and technological education.
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on November 22, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1), of the Constitution.
