Tenth Congress Second Regular Session [ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8315, June 30, 1997 ] AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER EIGHT OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN ANGELES CITY IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION DAY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. December eight of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in Angeles City in commemoration of its foundation day.1aшphi1 Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
