AN ACT SEPARATING THE ANNEX SCHOOL OF PALAWAN NATIONAL SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ARAMAYWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF QUEZON, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, FROM THE PALAWAN NATIONAL SCHOOL-MAIN AND CONVERTING THE SAME INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE QUEZON ARAMAYWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The existing annex school of the Palawan National School in Barangay Aramaywan, Municipality of Quezon, Province of Palawan, is hereby separated from the Palawan National School-Main and the same is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Quezon Aramaywan National High School.1aшphi1

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. All personnel, records, assets and properties including buildings, sites and improvements thereof, obligations and funds of the annex school of the Palawan National School in Barangay Aramaywan are hereby transferred to the Quezon Aramaywan National High School.

Section 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on February 16, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
