AN ACT SEPARATING THE GODOD HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX-BALAKAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GODOD, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, FROM THE BALAKAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALUG, AND CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GODOD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Godod High School Annex-Balakan National High School in the Municipality of Godod, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is hereby separated from the Balakan National High School in the Municipality of Salug and converted into an independent national high school to be known as the Godod National High School.

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Godod High School (Annex) are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Godod National High School.1aшphi1

Section 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
