AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN ROQUE BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ROQUE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The San Roque Barangay High School in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Cebu, is bereby converted into a national high school to be known as the San Roque National High School.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.1aшphi1
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 16, 1995 and February 15, 1995, respectively.
