[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7872, January 21, 1995 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING a NATIONAL HIGHSCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DINGALAN, PROVINCE OF AURORA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DINGALAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the municipality of Dingalan, Province of Aurora, to be known as the Dingalan National High School.1aшphi1
Section 2. the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
