[ REPUBLIC ACT No. 7868, January 21, 1995 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING a NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANGLAS, PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE WESTERN ABRA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Danglas, Province of Abra, to be known as the Western Abra National High School.

Section 2. the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.1aшphi1

Section 3. the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the national high school in operation during the first school year after the effectivity of this Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on August 1, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
