[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7813, October 26, 1994 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE PANSOL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PANSOL, MUNICIPALITY OF PADRE GARCIA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Pansol National High School in the Municipality of Padre Garcia, Province of Batangas, is hereby established.

Section 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in Filipino and English in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation.1a⍵⍴h!1
