[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7804, September 01, 1994 ]
AN ACT CREATING THE BANTAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAYAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There is hereby created the Bantayan National High School in the Municipality of Bantayan, Province of Cebu, to be administered, maintained and run by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.1a⍵⍴h!1
Section 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall henceforth undertake the proper administration as well as maintenance and upkeep of Bantayan National High School under its yearly appropriation in the General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on September 1, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
