Republic of the Philippines Congress of the Philippines Second Regular Session [ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7792, August 08, 1994 ] AN ACT DECLARING AUGUST THIRTY-FIRST OF EACH YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES TO COMMEMORATE THE BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF FORMER PRESIDENT RAMON MAGSAYSAY Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: Section 1. In order to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President Ramon Magsaysay, August Thirty-first of each year is hereby declared a special nonworking public holiday in the Province of Zambales. Section 2.
