[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7790, August 08, 1994 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE GLAN PADIDU HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX-B IN BARANGAY BIG MARGUS, MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI INTO AN INDEPENDENT HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LEONARD YOUNG, SR. HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Glan Padidu High School Annex-B in Barangay Big Margus, Municipality of Glan, Province of Sarangani, is hereby separated from the Glan Padidu High School in the same municipality and province and converted into an independent high school, to be known as the Leonard Young, Sr. High School.1a⍵⍴h!1
Section 2. The present head teacher of the annex school shall act as the principal of the Leonard Young, Sr. High School until a new principal has been appointed and qualified for the position.
Section 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Glan Padidu High School Annex-B of the Glan Padidu High School. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
