[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7789, August 08, 1994 ]

AN ACT DECLARING DECEMBER 18 OF EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALLESTEROS, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS "ALDAW TI BALLESTEROS"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, was founded on December 18, 1911 by virtue of Executive Order No. 79.1a⍵⍴h!1

Section 2. December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, to be known as "Aldaw ti Ballesteros."

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
