[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7785, August 08, 1994 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FIFTY-BED HOSPITAL IN THE FIRST DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF KALOOKAN, METRO MANILA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KALOOKAN CITY FIRST DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a fifty-bed hospital in the First District of the City of Kalookan, Metro Manila, to be known as the Kalookan City First District Hospital.
Section 2. The Secretary of Health and/or his duly authorized representative, in consultation and coordination with the City Mayor of Kalookan, shall promulgate or issue such governing rules to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. The funds necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the appropriations authorized for the purpose under the General Appropriations Act of the year following the enactment of this Act and every year thereafter.
Section 4. Before the construction of the hospital, the Secretary of Health shall issue a written assurance that personnel of the hospital will be appointed and that funds for its maintenance and operation have been appropriated.
Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1a⍵⍴h!1
