AN ACT DECLARING MARCH TWENTY-SEVEN OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN TO COMMEMORATE THE ANNIVERSARY AND FORMATION OF SAN JUAN AS AN INDEPENDENT MUNICIPALITY BY VIRTUE OF PHILIPPINE COMMISSION ACT NO. 1625
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. March Twenty-seven of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking public holiday in the Municipality of San Juan, to be known as "Araw ng San Juan," to commemorate the anniversary and formation of San Juan as an independent municipality by virtue of Philippine Commission Act No. 1625.1a⍵⍴h!1
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on January 10, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
