[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7574, May 26, 1992 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPI, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUPI HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Lupi, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Lupi Health Infirmary.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.1âшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
