[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7566, May 26, 1992 ]
AN ACT CONVERTING THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALASAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital in the Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a fifty-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital.1âшphi1
Section 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment and every year thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
