Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-second day of July, nineteen hundred and ninely-one.
[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7507, May 18, 1992 ]
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANAHAWAN, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ANAHAWAN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established a vocational high school in the Municipality of Anahawan, Province of Southern Leyte, to be known as the Anahawan Vocational High School.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.1âшphi1
Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
