[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7440, April 27, 1992 ]
AN ACT AUTTIORIZING THE LEYTE STATE SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADE IN TANAUAN, LEYTE, TO OFFER THE COURSES LEADING TO THE DEGREES OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Leyte State School of Arts and Trade in the Municipality of Tanauan, Leyte, is hereby authorized to offer the courses leading to the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.1âшphi1
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
