[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7409, April 14, 1992 ]

AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE SALCEDO MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALCEDO, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SALCEDO DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Salcedo Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Salcedo, Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Salcedo District Hospital.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
