[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7381, April 10, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CAGAYAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, FROM FIFTY (50) TO SEVENTY-FIVE (75) BEDS, AND UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE APARRI PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Cagayan District Hospital in the Municipality of Aparri, Province of Cagayan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Aparri Provincial Hospital.1âшphi1
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
