[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7365, April 08, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DOŅA GREGORIA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Doņa Gregoria Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Agoo, Province of La Union, is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds.1âшphi1
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
