[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7363, April 08, 1992 ]

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE AND CONVERSION OF THE DUMARAO MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMARAO, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ, INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Dumarao Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Dumarao, Province of Capiz, is hereby converted into a district hospital with an authorized bed capacity of twenty-five (25) beds.1âшphi1

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
