[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7328, March 31, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE VALLADOLID DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALLADOLID, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Valladolid District Hospital in the Municipality of Valladolid, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.

Section 2. Upon approval of this Act, said existing Valladolid Emergency Hospital shall be called and publicly known as the Valladolid District Hospital.1âшphi1

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
