[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7326, March 31, 1992 ]
AN ACT REPEALING REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED SIXTY-ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE AND FIFTY-FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR (RE: PROHIBITION TO CATCH FISH CALLED "IPON" DURING CERTAIN MONTHS OF THE YEAR, ETC.)
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Republic Acts Numbered Sixty-one hundred forty-five and Fifty-four hundred seventy-four are hereby repealed by this Act.
Section 2. All provisions of existing laws, orders, decrees, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are likewise repealed.1âшphi1
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
