[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7282, March 20, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MATILDE OLIVAS HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAMALANIUGAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, FROM TWENTY-FIVE (25) TO FIFTY (50) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Matilde Olivas Hospital in the Municipality of Camalaniugan, Province of Cagayan, is hereby increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.1âшphi1

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
