[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7242, March 19, 1992 ]
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE MALITA MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The bed capacity of the Malita Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
