[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7217, March 06, 1992 ]

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE AMAI-PAKPAK GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MARAWI CITY, LANAO DEL SUR, FROM SEVENTY-FIVE (75) TO ONE HUNDRED (100) BEDS, UPGRADING IT INTO A PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE AMAI-PAKPAK PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.1âшphi1
